Where do you deliver?

How will I know my delivery is on its way?
Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive an SMS and email notification confirming that your package is on its way. The notification will include your estimated delivery window so you can plan accordingly.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and phone number. You can use that link to monitor your delivery in real time. You may also log into your Mishkatmann account, navigate to “My Orders,” and click on the relevant order to view its current status.
What happens if my delivery has not arrived?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please wait an additional 24 hours as minor delays can occasionally occur. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact our customer support team via email at support@mishkatmann.com or call us directly, and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Are prescription diets available online?
Yes, select prescription diet foods for birds are available through our website. A valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian is required before the order can be fulfilled. You can upload your prescription directly during checkout. Our team will verify it before dispatching the order.
How can I update my delivery address?
You can update your delivery address by logging into your Mishkatmann account and going to “Address Book” under your profile settings. If you need to change the address on an existing order that has not yet shipped, please contact our support team immediately with your order number.
Who will be delivering my order?
Your order will be delivered by one of our trusted Mishkatmann delivery partners. All our delivery personnel are trained to handle pet products, including fragile bird cages and perishable bird food items, with proper care.
I did not receive my confirmation email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or junk folder, as confirmation emails occasionally get filtered there. If it is still not there, ensure that the email address on your account is entered correctly. You can also log into your Mishkatmann account and view your order under “My Orders.” If the issue persists, reach out to our support team and we will resend the confirmation promptly.
